There are many people in the world who love and truly appreciate animals and Yep – I’m one of them.
Some of us describe animals by their traits. For instance:
Dog’s are “man’s best friend,”
Lions are “fearless and strong,”
Tortoises are “slow and steady.”
Looking closely at some of these traits and applying them in our own lives can teach us so much about ourselves and others. This can subsequently help us make subtle changes to the way we think and perceive ourselves. Changing our outlook helps us to change our mindset, which consequently leads to increased happiness – assuming you focus on the positives of course!
